Returns policy

I want you to be completely in love with your new artwork.

If a piece doesn't resonate with you in person the way you expected, I offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Original Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Original Packaging: Please reuse the original professional packaging to ensure the piece is protected during transit.

  • Exclusions: Commissioned (custom) pieces and "Final Sale" items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.


Refunds
Once the artwork is received and inspected, I will process your refund.

  • Full Refund: You will receive a refund for the cost of the artwork.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (including insurance).

How to Return an Item

  • Notify Me: Within 14 days of receiving your art, send an email to the address below with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Repack with Care: Use the original packing materials.

  • Original art is fragile; if it is damaged during the return trip due to poor packaging, a refund may not be possible.

  • Ship with Insurance: I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. If the package is lost or damaged on its way back to me, you will need to file a claim with the carrier to recover your funds.

  • Inspection: Once the piece arrives safely, I will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Goods

If your art arrives damaged due to the carrier, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact me within 48 hours. I will handle the insurance claim and provide a full refund or replacement.
